Tube "Coraline" by Ninaste (this is a limited edition) at Beehive Studio

Scrapkit is a FTU. "Spooktacular" by Sinfully Creative Scraps

Mask of choice (I used a trese Mask 0283)

New image 650x650 Transparency

Open Paper 1, copy and close

Paste as new layer

Apply mask (click on the basic gimp tutorials in the menu above for a tut on how to do this)

Open Frame 1, Copy and close

Paste as new layer

scale layer 60%

Position right side of canvas

Usng fuzzy selection tool click in middle of canvas

Grow selection 3

Open Paper 2, copy and close

Paste as new layer

Invert selection, delete, select none

In layers arrange Clipboard #2 below Clipboard #1

Select Clipboard #1

Open tube, copy and close

Paste as new layer

Mirror and scale layer 50%

Position left side of frame

Add dropshadow

Open, copy/paste, resize and add dropshadow to the following elements placing them as desired
