Tube "Lolly" by Ninaste which you can purchase at Beehive studio
Scrapkit "Lolly Witch" by AmyMarie which you can purchase at her store HERE
Mask of choice (I am using Mask30 by Rissa's Designs)
New image 600x600 Transparent
Open pp3, copy and close
Paste as new layer
Apply mask (You can find a great tutorial on how to do that HERE)
Open element 50, copy and close
Paste as new layer
Posiiton center of canvas
Using fuzzy selection tool click in center of frame
grow selection 3
Open pp1, copy and close
Paste as new layer
Invert selection and delete
select none
In layers arrange clipboard #2 below Clipboard #1
Select none
In layers select Clipboard #1
Open tube, copy and close
Paste as new layer
Resize 30%
Position right side of frame
Add dropshadow and merge down 1x
In layers select Clipboard #1
Open the following elements, copy/paste, resize, add dropshadow and position as desired:

Merge Visible
Add copyright and lic#
Merge visible
Add name desired
Export as .png
